Over the years we have all seen multiple breeds come and go in the protection sports. In recent time we have seen the Malinois overwhelm the trial fields in all aspects of training. The breed has sold itself from herding trials, detection, to those serving our country overseas and our local law enforcement communities. They have taken the world by storm, and we are often asked why their popularity has continued to sky rocket.

Rowdy was bred in our “C” litter (Rosan’s Mika / K9 Spike). He is a remarkable young dog that possesses every great attribute of his mother and father. We are training Rowdy for police service work, and look forward to seeing what this little guy has in store. [more info]
Esley was added to our breeding program in October 2009. We hand selected her on a trip to the Netherlands, and have been nothing but impressed with her since she has landed on American soil. She is the daughter of Holland’s famous “Spike Atack Godard”. Esley brings a promising future to our kennels breeding program. Esley showed off her talents at the SDA trial last November taking first place obedience and protection (SDA P1). [more info]

Brandy is the true definition of the complete dog. She will out work the males on the protection field, and is a protector of the family in our home. She is a proven breeding female with three dogs from her first litter titled in KNPV last year. Brandy puppies have huge grips, great personalities, and a phenomenal work ethic. Brandy has produced everything one would want in a working dog. From police service dogs in both the Netherlands and the USA, the sport of KNPV and herding dogs, we have referrals speaking nothing but great things of her offspring. Brandy is co-owned with our friends at norcaldogs.com. [more info]

K9 Spike was trained in KNPV before joining us here in the states in 2008. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a dog of this caliber. He displays clarity in drive in a rare fashion, thus allowing him to be competitive on the trial field and successful on the street. Spike lives in our home, when he is not in the back seat of his patrol car. He truly has become everything we look for in a well rounded Malinois. He has a great nose and the desire to work beyond all else. Spike is a very special animal, and anybody who has worked with him will tell you this. K9 Spike is a dual purpose dog serving his community in northern California. K9 Spike was bred in 2010 to Rosan’s Mika, producing “Rowdy”. See his page to get some insight on the future of our kennel. [more info]
